The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the wahdah and kitabah methods in improving the quality of female students' memorization of the Qur'an at the Daarul Abroor Muara Sugihan Banyuasin Modern Islamic Boarding School, South Sumatra. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative research method by means of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The Qur'an is a holy book revealed by Allah SWT. To the Prophet Muhammad SAW. As one of the incomparable blessings for the universe. In it are collected divine words that serve as guidance, guidelines and lessons for those who believe and practice them. The Qur'an is the last holy book revealed by Allah SWT. Its contents cover all the main points of the sharia contained in the holy books that were previously revealed. Therefore, in addition to memorizing the Qur'an, we must also understand and practice what is in it. With the wahdah and kitabah methods, we can more easily memorize the Qur'an properly and correctly. The Qur'an also has the privilege of being memorized in its entirety. One of them is through the Quran memorization program carried out by Islamic boarding schools or other Quran memorization institutions. These places are the main place that can educate and guide students to develop all their potential in memorizing and deepening the knowledge of the Quran. Because here the students will be guided and trained on how to memorize properly and correctly by prioritizing several strategies, materials, media and methods of memorizing the Quran.
