SUBMISSION, EDITORIAL PROCESS AND PEER REVIEW PROCESS
Submission and Author Guidelines: Prior to submission, authors are required to thoroughly review and comply with the journal’s Editorial Policies and Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation. All submitted manuscripts must strictly adhere to the official EJIP template, represent original and unpublished work entirely free of plagiarism, and be accompanied by a completed Author Statement Form. Manuscripts that fail to align with the journal’s core focus and scope will be subject to an immediate desk rejection. Only submissions that fully satisfy EJIP’s technical, formatting, and ethical standards will proceed to the peer-review stage
Editorial Process and Decision-Making Policy: All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous initial editorial screening to evaluate their overall suitability, originality, technical quality, and compliance with the journal’s scope and submission guidelines. Submissions that pass this preliminary evaluation are advanced to peer review. The Editorial Team retains ultimate authority over the final decision - categorized as acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection based upon independent reviewers' recommendations, the manuscript's contribution to EJIP’s scope, and full compliance with publication ethics and editorial policies.
Peer Review Process: EJIP is dedicated to maintaining high scholarly standards through a double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts successfully clearing the initial editorial screening are assigned to independent expert reviewers in the relevant field, ensuring that the identities of both authors and reviewers remain completely anonymous throughout the entire evaluation. The critical insights and recommendations provided by these reviewers serve as the primary foundation for the Editorial Team when determining the final outcome of the manuscript.
