Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study: 1) How is the teacher's performance assessed, Second; 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the performance of professional teachers in their academic potential; and 3) Third, how are the efforts of teachers in improving performance through teacher performance assessments carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah 03 Palembang. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data that are relevant to the problems studied. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation while data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. The results of the first research on the performance assessment of professional teachers at SMK Muhammadiyah 03 Palembang are quite good.
