This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data that are relevant to the problems studied. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation while data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation and data conclusion. This research is classroom action research. The location of this research was Class XI Science 1 SMA 06 North Bengkulu, which was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely: (1) action planning stage, (2) action implementation stage, (3) observation and interpretation stage, and (4) analysis and reflection stage. Problems in learning can gradually be overcome by applying the mind map method. Students’ English learning outcomes increase. The average score in the pre-cycle was 66.17, with a classical completion rate of 27.45%. In cycle I, the average test score was 72.22 with classical completion reaching 64.71%. In cycle II, the average score reached 79.40 with classical completeness reaching 76.47%. Based on the actions taken, it can be concluded that (1) the application of the mind map method can improve the quality of the English learning process. This is something competitive for its managers due to the large number of amil zakat institutions. This is done to entice donors to fulfill their obligations by donating or entrusting their ZISWAF funds to the appropriate amil zakat institution. The presence of public relations in an institution is required to increase public trust. Public relations serve as a bridge of relationship or communication between the community and businesses/institutions, both internally and externally. The descriptive method with a qualitative approach was used in this study to produce descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and the behavior of people observed using data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The first research finding, Lazismu public relations strategy to increase zakat, is to use advertising media as a medium for delivering information in Lazismu Prabumulih. Second, you can help Lazismu Prabumulih by pressuring the Muhammadiyah Business Charity (AUM) and Muhammadiyah residents in Prabumulih City to distribute zakat through Lazismu Prabumulih. Third, Lazismu Prabumulih’s problems in increasing the amount of zakat are caused by two factors: internal factors, such as a lack of volunteers, and external factors, such as volunteers who make Lazismu less effective in raising funds and distributing zakat and infaq funds. Pada kenyataannya, dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran sering ditemui kendala-kendala yang menghambat lancarnya sebuah pendidikan. Hambatan yang sering ditemui pada pondok pesantren Al-Husain Kotagajah diantaranya adalah dilihat dari segi kualitas bacaan, masih terdapat beberapa santri yang pelan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Sehingga perlu suatu metode pembelajaran al-Qur’an yang tepat seperti metode Qiroati. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian Tindakan kelas (<em>classroom action research</em>). Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, adapun tiap siklusnya terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 santri. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes. Penelitian ini dianggap berhasil jika minimal 75% santri telah mencapai standar indicator sesuai dengan aspek yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: penggunaan metode Qiroati dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an pada santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Husain Kotagajah. To find out the forms of bullying that occur at State Elementary School 237 Palembang. To find out the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in overcoming bullying behavior at State Elementary School 237 Palembang. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the daily behavior of students at the Palembang 237 State Elementary School is that some of them behave well, such as obeying school rules, and are not ignorant in terms of pulling their friends' headscarves, throwing their friends' stationery in class or outside the classroom, and there are still those who behave less well, such as still breaking school rules, being rude to his friends in terms of pulling his friend's hijab, throwing his friend's stationery, making fun of his parents' names. Forms of bullying behavior that occur at school are students who make fun of their friends by calling their parents names, pulling their friends' headscarves, and throwing their friends' stationery in the classroom or outside the classroom.
