This study aims to describe how the role of parents in children with special needs of the Deaf in developing their social interactions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and tends to use an inductive analysis approach. The type of research used is a case study. The informants of this study are parents whose children have special needs of the Deaf. The process of collecting data by observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the role of parents helps significantly in the development of social interaction for children with special needs of the deaf. As for some of the impacts that exist on deaf children with a good parental role, based on the research that the author has done, they are: first, children become more confident when interacting with people other than family. Both children can better understand using verbal communication, namely being able to understand verbally and being able to use non-verbal, namely sign language, body movements and facial expressions. The three deaf children can prove themselves to be accomplished and can be successful. Fourth. Proving that deaf children also have independence not depending on other people.
