This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection process was done directly through observation, documentation, and interviews. The research determined informants using a purposive sampling technique. By ensuring the reliability of the information data obtained from informants, it is then validated using triangulation. The analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research results show that strengthening the dimensions of global diversity by introducing regional specialties to students at SDN 76 is the first step so that students become more active and develop, strengthening the character of global diversity and fostering the values of the Pancasila spirit in children. Indicators in preparing interview guidelines for teachers: 1) What kind of models, media, and methods do teachers use in learning; 2) How does the teacher guide students to work on a project; 3) How does the teacher provide understanding through the project method? Interview for students: 1) Do students like learning by making projects; 2) Did the students do the project well; 3) Are there any obstacles when students create projects? The results of this research show that Project Based Learning is a learning method that can be applied at all levels of education. In this learning method, the educator acts as a facilitator. This method also makes students play an active role in learning because Project Learning focuses on solving real problems, group work, feedback, discussions, and final reports.
Olin Yuanra, Fitria Dwi Cahyani, Atikah Mahdia Pratiwi, Anggun Azahra, Nova Asvio Copyright (c) 2024 Excellent Journal for Undergraduate https://ejournal.periexca.org/index.php/eju/article/view/72 Sat, 13 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar untuk Pembentukan Karakter Disiplin Peserta Didik dalam Mata Pelajaran Pancasila di SDN 106 Padat Karya Kota Bengkulu https://ejournal.periexca.org/index.php/eju/article/view/71
This research discusses the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum for the Formation of Students' Disciplined Character in Pancasila Subjects at SDN 106 Padat Karya, Bengkulu City. This curriculum is implemented as an effort by the Ministry of Education and Culture to improve the quality of graduates and prepare them to face the future. This research uses qualitative research methods with a theoretical basis to guide the analysis. Observations and questionnaires were used as data collection techniques, involving class 1C students and class 1C homeroom teachers. The results of information from homeroom teachers stated that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum Learning helps students’ understanding of the teaching and learning process, especially in Pancasila subjects. Teachers have a key role in adapting teaching approaches, recognizing student potential, and creating relevant and enjoyable learning experiences. The Merdeka Belajar curriculum focuses on essential material, character development according to the Pancasila Student Profile, and the use of project-based learning. Inhibiting factors, such as the lack of textbooks, are overcome by increasing training and learning about this curriculum. The main difficulty lies in preparing learning tools, but a solution is found by intensifying training. The results of the questionnaire show students' understanding of Pancasila lessons, including symbols and basic concepts. This research contributes to understanding the impact of implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum on the formation of student character, especially in discipline and understanding Pancasila values.
Riska Mardiyanti, Zela Monika, Sherly Fransisca, Ok Lusiana Sasmita, Nova Asvio Copyright (c) 2024 Excellent Journal for Undergraduate https://ejournal.periexca.org/index.php/eju/article/view/71 Sat, 13 Jan 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Kotak Berhitung terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas II SDN 104 Kota Bengkulu https://ejournal.periexca.org/index.php/eju/article/view/79
This research aims to determine the method and effect of applying Kober to improve numeracy skills in class 2 mathematics learning at SD Negeri 104 Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative research using experimental methods. In this research, there are two variables, namely variable X (use of news media) and variable Y (learning outcomes). The population of this research was all class 2 students, totaling 68 students. This research's sampling technique and sample were 34 class 2B students as the control class and 34 class 2A students as the experimental class. From the research results, it can be concluded that the homogeneity test, with a dk in the numerator of 34 and a dk in the denominator of 34, has an error rate of 5%. The value of F_table is 1.79 because F_calculated is smaller than F_tabel (1.70 < 1.79) which means that the variance is homogeneous so that quantitative analysis of the experiment can continue. The t value is then compared with dk = N1 + N2 – 2 = 34 + 34 – 2 = 66. With dk = 66, and if the error level is 5%, then t_table = 1.6683. Thus, t_count > t_tabel (5.654 > 1.6683) then has a significant effect, which means the working hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted, namely that there is an influence of the use of counting box media (kober) on the learning outcomes of grade 2 students at SD Negeri 104 Bengkulu City, while the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected.
Atek Utriza Putri, Wiwinda Wiwinda, Zubaidah Bayan Copyright (c) 2024 Excellent Journal for Undergraduate https://ejournal.periexca.org/index.php/eju/article/view/79 Fri, 19 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Implementasi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi dalam Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 83 Kota Bengkulu https://ejournal.periexca.org/index.php/eju/article/view/82
This research focuses on the application of differentiated learning in the creative thinking abilities of class VA students at SD Negeri 83 Bengkulu City.
